Indulge your senses and rejuvenate your spirit with our wellness nature walk program. Immerse yourself in the tranquility of nature as you embark on a guided journey designed to promote relaxation, mindfulness, and well-being.
We will be walking on the Rocky Point Trail up to the overlook of Lake Bemidji and back. This trail is paved and is a one-mile loop. Wear comfortable shoes.
Meet in the west picnic area near the lake by the west parking lot.
