This is a free event for the community which will take place at the Sanford Center before the Night We Light Parade. This event will have something for everyone: Holiday Window Painting Contest, Cookie Decorating, Community Business Gingerbread House Contest and more. The contests will be judged by a panel of Miss Minnesota Contestants, with winners from each category receiving tickets to upcoming shows and other fun prizes.
