Astronomy Series – Night Sky Viewing Basics

Ever wonder how to read a sky map or locate a distant object with a telescope? Ever wonder how a telescope works?
In this second program of our astronomy series, we will go through the basics of night sky viewing. We will learn the history of astronomy, how to read a sky map and how to use a telescope. If the sky is clear, we will go outside and use the telescope to view celestial objects.
This program is for ages 6 and older.
