A brand new show to celebrate 10 Years of Celtic Thunder with a fantastic mix of both traditional and contemporary Irish Songs, Classic Hits, Love Songs, Nostalgic Songs and Fun Retro Songs from the soundtracks of viewers lives. Celtic Thunder live shows are known for dramatic effects via lighting and choreography as well as realistic Irish stage sets with authentic Irish instruments. The performances have dramatic solos, compelling ensembles, and comedic acts.

The most beautiful race course anywhere! Whether you are 5 or 75, want to walk, run or watch, there are 7 different distance race options at Minnesota’s most colorful marathon—the Bemidji Blue Ox Marathon!! October 12th is the ½K (4:20 start), 1K (4:30 start), and 5K/10k (5:00 start) with October 13th sporting the Half Marathon, 26K Lake Loop (16.75mi), and Full Marathon. Make your run count by joining Team Edith to help fight breast cancer, or Team KICK to support the Boys and Girls Club. Not a runner, join the Cheer zone along the route for spectators to show support. Other events to enjoy this weekend include the BeAc¬tive Expo at the Sanford Center and there is even an Arts and Crafts Show at Paul Bunyan Mall.

MN’S NOT SO EVERGREEN BOG WALK

LAKE BEMIDJI STATE PARK 2:00 PM TO 3:00 PM

Join a naturalist on this 2 mile walk to learn about Minnesota’s not-so-evergreen, the tamarack. This strange conifer, common in swamp and bog areas, is the only of its kind in the state that experiences a fall color change.

There will also be a Cosplay competition.
