Bring the family, co-workers and friends for this family-friendly bike ride around beautiful Lake Bemidji, through Lake Bemidji State Park and across the Mississippi River. NOT A RACE, but a biking celebration, this 17-mile, easy route features food, music, activities and photo ops at rest stations along the route.

If you’re interested in a fun pre-ride to try out part of the Loop the Lake Trail, join us on June 8, 2019 for the Light Up the Lake 5K at South Shore Park from 8-10PM. This is a fun 5K where each participant gets glow sticks.

This is a unique event that combines canoeing, biking, and running, all through the Chippewa National Forest. Plan a weekend on one of the 400 lakes within 25 miles of Bemidji and take your child, niece, nephew, grandkids, and friends’ kids fishing! Minnesotans 16 or older who take a child 15 or younger fishing don’t need a license this weekend. This is a perfect opportunity to introduce a child to fishing or just to have some quality together time.
