Spring Serenity Stroll

Come celebrate the spring season by indulging your senses and rejuvenating your spirit with a wellness nature walk. Immerse yourself in the tranquility of a spring forest as you embark on a guided journey designed to promote relaxation, mindfulness and well-being.
We will be walking on the Rocky Point Trail up to the overlook of Lake Bemidji and back. This trail is paved and is a one-mile loop. Wear comfortable shoes.
Meet in the west picnic area near the lake by the west parking lot.
