Maple Syrup – A Gift From the Trees

Experience the magic of maple syruping with the whole family! Step into the forest and learn how maple trees are tapped, what tools you need, the age-old cultural traditions and more. Discover the history, science and delicious rewards of making maple syrup. Perfect for all ages; come ready for outdoor fun!
Program will start in the Visitor Center and then we will go outside to learn more about maple trees and see a demonstration of tapping. Afterwards, we will head back to the Visitor Center and play a tasty guessing game.
Dress for the weather because a portion of the program will be outdoors.
