GREAT RIVER RESCUE 2026 FURR BOWL

Great River Rescue will hold their 2026 Furr Bowl on Sunday, April 26th,
from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. The Furr Bowl is one of Great River Rescue’s most popular annual fundraising
events, and this year’s goal is $15,000. Individuals and groups register to bowl for two hours, and also
conduct their own fundraising efforts prior to the event. Team members can have some friendly
competition amongst themselves to see who raises the most money, and the team with the most
funds raised gets recognition and a prize at the Furr Bowl 2026 event. Ask family and friends for
donations. Hold a fundraiser online. Hold a bake sale, silent auction, Karaoke Night, indoor yard sale
at work; maybe your community group or Church would like to donate. Top fundraising individuals
and teams will win bowling pins decorated by the artists of Bagley Area Arts Collaborative and Loon
Country Arts, and the team raising the most funds for the shelter will win a Puppy Gram or Kitten
Gram.
This year there are opportunities for more than one event sponsorship: A gold sponsorship is $1,000
and a silver sponsorship for $750. First National Bank Bemidji has already committed to sponsoring –
will you join them? Sponsorship for a lane and team of six is $450; lane sponsorship (without a team)
is $250; and registration to play on a sponsored lane is $45 per person. The event includes two hours
of bowling, pizza, pop, raffle, and prizes. Register online at
