Craft Beer Guided Tasting + Sensory Workshop!

This hands-on workshop will feature a tasting array designed to help build a descriptive vocabulary (including but not limited to toasted malts, cereals, chocolate, molasses, fresh + dried fruits, etc.), followed by a tasting of six separate Bemidji Brewing styles that highlight these flavor notes. Throughout the workshop you will be building your vocabulary while describing and tasting beer. This session will focus on acquiring a basic-moderate level of knowledge regarding a variety of classically brewed beer styles, including Blonde, India Pale Ale, Porter, and Flanders Sour. Additionally, we’ll also provide resources to repeat the exercise for other flavor categories and beer styles.
