2023 18th “It’s Only Clay” Competition and Exhibit Opening

“It’s Only Clay” (IOC) exhibit is a juried ceramics competition focusing on, and dedicated to, functional clay vessels. Each submission for IOC is judged in four areas: function, form/aesthetic, craftsmanship, and surface design. 18th Annual It’s Only Clay exhibit opens Friday November 3 with a public reception from 5 to 7pm. Awards & presentations begin at 6pm.

In conjunction with exhibit, 2023 Juror Brad Bachmeier will lead an Alternative Firing Workshop, Saturday November 4th at Bemidji State University from 10am to 3pm. The workshop is free but participants must call Watermark to register. Openings are limited. 218-444-7570.
