Lake
Plantagenet
is a 2500 acre, windswept, oval basin.
Large stands of bulrush still exist on sand flats and near the
outlet. It is mainly
populated with walleye with secondary species of muskellunge, northern
pike and yellow perch. Largemouth
bass, black crappie, bluegill, pumpkinseed and rock bass are important
parts of the fish community and popular seasonally with anglers.
